- Peel cushion off their protective film
- Place in shoe with the adhesive side down
- Place with tapered end facing heel
Care Instructions;
- Wash gel with mild soap or detergent under lukewarm water
- Hang to dry, do not use a towel or other material to dry
- Once dry, use as per directions
