As the company continues its expansion, we are looking for an experienced and creative individual to drive the brand’s visual direction and assist in creating impactful, customer centric content. The Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in campaign and content development, with a strong emphasis on shoot concepting and production, and creative storytelling to provide an aligned aesthetic across our retail, wholesale and digital touchpoints.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Creative Director, you will work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to:
- Campaign Ideation & Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with brand goals and target audiences
- Photoshoot Planning & Direction: Plan and oversee seasonal photoshoots, including logistics, talent selection, location scouting, styling, on-set direction, and budget adherence
- Budgeting and Planning: Oversee and manage seasonal photoshoot calendar including ecommerce, social, digital, campaign and associated budget and forecasting
- Creative Briefing: Provide clear, actionable briefs to the creative team, detailing art direction and post-production requirements to ensure consistency and quality across all assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Retail, Buying, Merchandising, and Wholesale to ensure content, messaging, and product stories align with business objectives.
- Content Production: Oversee the seasonal photoshoot calendar and manage post-production, including image selects and edits, handover of assets and direction of asset output
- Creative Direction: Provide art direction for campaigns, coordinating rollout across in-store POS, EDMs, and digital/social channels in line with product launches
- Document set up and management: assist in the upkeep and management of internal marketing documents to provide up to date, accurate information required for briefing
- Graphic Design: assist graphic team with art direction, the production of graphics as needed and being a collaborative and inspiring leader
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire in-house creative, graphics, PR, and social teams, integrating external partners as needed to drive engagement and creativity
- Brand Consistency & Cohesion: Guide creative assets across all channels to ensure alignment with brand identity and visual standards, ensuring strict deadlines of marketing calendar are upheld
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Report on campaign ROI, assessing both qualitative and quantitative KPIs to inform future strategy
- Trend & Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and provide creative insights to drive innovation in brand campaigns
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within the Fashion Industry.
- Highly creative with a strong commercial foundation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus
- Proven ability at developing creative concepts and inspirational content
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Can-do and flexible attitude with a genuine passion for our brands
- Exceptional team player with a hands-on approach.
